Shooting Sikh Weddings Part 10 - Getting ready & Grooms Baraat
We Join Tarlochen on a real client three day Sikh wedding, as he shares his in-depth knowledge of the religious and cultural traditions.
With 20 years’ experience and being a Sikh himself, Tarlochen has vast knowledge of shooting Sikh weddings. Lucky for us Tarlochen wants to share this knowledge, allowing anyone to break into the Sikh wedding market.
We start the third day, of this three-day wedding, at the groom’s parents’ house. This begins early with the tying or the groom turban and then, as with a western wedding, Tarlochen photographs the general preparation, the groom’s preparations and a few groom portraits.
