Jack and Esther's Wedding Part 3
Learn how to photograph a real wedding. At the church Mark captures some great images of the Bridal carriage, the Brides entrance and the traditional catholic ceremony.
Get exclusive behind the scenes access with Mark for this eventful wedding between Jack and Esther. While we wait for the bride to arrive at the church, Mark maximise his time capturing the groom’s family portraits before the ceremony. He then goes on to take some last minutes portraits of the groom outside of the church before the bride arrives.
Again Mark finds himself waiting for the bridesmaids and pageboy to arrive and takes the opportunity to give you overview of his equipment and how he will use his flash in the different situations throughout the day. He then utilise the rest of the wait to get extra shots of the Bride and her father with the stunning horse drawn carriage.
When the bridesmaids finally arrive, Mark only has seconds to capture the chaos as everyone rushes up to the church, so his experience really comes into play and the reportage style of the images really captures the hectic atmosphere.
Then Mark heads inside to capture the bride maids, pageboy and bride entering the church, using the beautiful the stain glass windows to fill the background. With small, traditional churches the ceremony can be tricky but again Marks experience allows him to choose the right spots throughout the ceremony, before finishing off with the signing of the register.
