Changing Rooms - Studio Boudoir Part 1
Learn how to maximise a small studio in this fantastic series from Mark Cleghorn. Using the Academy small studio Mark adjusts and re-purposes the space to demonstrate how to set up and utilise smaller studios for a wide variety of photography styles, including space for finishing and selling.
In this film Mark shoots boudoir with a younger style of client. In this first part he begins with the simple white bed set-up, using soft light in a hi-key style. The client has been prepped to bring a variety of outfits so for this Mark uses simple underwear with an oversized shirt to ease the client into the session. He also introduces some netting to help cover over, helping her to relax and get comfortable in front of the camera.
