Business as professional wedding photographer and trainer with Nikon keeps Mark busy but it’s always been important to Mark to develop his own personal documentary photographic projects. They are a vehicle for developing and trying out ideas and stylistic choices, extending your creativity as a photographer as well as honing your technical skills. Through Mark’s personal projects he has developed his own unique style of documentary photography that focuses on being observational.
On a personal level they also naturally record the events, places, people and experiences that are of importance or interest in your life, to create lifelong photographic memories.
Mark has developed several projects including regularly photographing Speakers Corner, Hyde Park in London, with its incredible characters debating. Mark has developed this project as a successful entry level street photography workshop.
The project based on recording Marks Dad's life following a diagnosis of Alzheimer's led to media coverage around the world and an exhibition as part of World Alzheimer's month in the London Andipa Gallery this September as well as a gallery in Milan.
