Definitions:

Membership
Start Date
The terms take effect on the date you agree to them by completing the information requested to pay for membership to The Photographer Academy.

Payment Terms
Either 12 months or monthly Membership will be paid at the time of registration to The Photographer Academy. The fee includes access to online videos for viewing via the site only and includes access to additional features added during the course of the paid period of time.

Money Back Guarantee/Cancelation Policy - The Photographer Academy Monthly Members must cancel within the first 7 days of registration/renewal to receive a full monthly refund.
The Photographer Academy Yearly Members must cancel within the first 7 days of registration/renewal to receive a full refund. After 7 day’s refunds will be pro rata.

After the 7 day period a admin charge of £10 + vat at current rate is chargeable.
100% Money back guarantee can only be applied once per person, per company.

The subscription is determined by The Photographer Academy and we reserve the right to make changes without notice, due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product discontinuation.

The Photographer Academy member is responsible for payment of the annual fee at the time of renewal. If at any time a credit card charge is refused or a payment due is not made by the Member, The Photographer Academy may, at its sole discretion, immediately suspend or terminate the Membership.

Although every care will be taken to prevent downtime, Members will not be entitled to credit or a refund for times if The Photographer Academy is experiencing any downtime or is otherwise unavailable.

The Photographer Academy Member is responsible for and must provide all computer, telephone and other equipment and services necessary to access the site. In addition, The Photographer Academy Members are responsible for any access charges incurred through on-line services, telephone companies, or Internet service providers used in obtaining access to the site.

Under 18’s - Will not have access to any videos from the knowledge bank which contains nudity. All under 18’s must have parental consent to be a member.

Affiliates - All affiliate payments will be paid after 60 days to comply with PayPal and Worldpay refund regulations. Payments will be made to the PayPal email address registered to a members account and will be paid on a monthly basis if the balance reaches the minimum pay out threshold of £75. Any payments unclaimed will not be re-issued.

Termination by The Photographer Academy Member
You may terminate your membership to The Photographer Academy at any time which also terminates these Terms. To terminate membership, you can either notify us or let your membership expire at the renewal date. After receipt of your termination notice your Photographer Academy account will revert to Freeview. No refund will be given if you decide to terminate membership midway through your year’s subscription. Members will be responsible for cancelling their Paypal and/or Worldpay renewals also.

Termination by The Photographer Academy
The Photographer Academy may terminate your Membership at any time in the event of a breach of this Agreement by the The Photographer Academy Member or anyone accessing The Photographer Academy using the Member’s User Name. The Photographer Academy, at its sole discretion, may also terminate this Agreement at any time without cause, and may suspend access to The Photographer Academy with or without notice, to any user. No refund will be given.

Member Responsibilities
The Photographer Academy Member may not authorize any minors or adults to access their Member account. The Member is responsible for supervising any activity using the Member’s User Name and accepts any actions taken that affect the Member’s account by a minor.

The Photographer Academy Member is responsible for keeping their password and account details confidential. The Member agrees to notify The Photographer Academy of any unauthorized use of the Member’s password or account or any other security breach.

The Photographer Academy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Member’s failure to comply with these provisions.

The Photographer Academy Special Offers

Valid for 1 year from day of purchase. Purchase must be completed from the special offer page. Special offer can not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.  No cash alternatives will be offered. Cannot be redeemed for any other offers. This offer and prices are subject to change without notice. NO refunds will be issued to any existing memberships. Existing members If you take the offer it will be a new membership valid for a year from today. The new membership will be a second subscription and the existing subscription will need to be cancelled by you with WorldPay or PayPal so you do not end up paying us twice.

The Big Photo UK Tour 2017

Booking fee is non refundable. The Headshot DVD download worth £69 will only be issued to attendees at the live events.

Upgrades

When you purchase an upgrade it is a recurring subscription and the subscription will renew at the full annual renewal price. An Academy Pro membership renews at £79 and an Academy Business membership renews at £99.

Academy Pro VIP

When you purchase an Academy Pro VIP membership it is a recurring subscription and will renew at the full annual academy pro renewal price. An Academy Pro membership renews at £79.

Changes To This Service
The Photographer Academy may make changes to the site content without prior notice although all attempts will be made to place a site notice of any necessary work to be undertaken.

Personal Information
On some of The Photographer Academy Web pages you can order products and make requests with reference to site content. The types of information collected at these pages are name, address, contact and billing information, transaction, and credit card information. All personal Information we collect from you to complete transactions and process any of your online purchases are used to communicate back to you, update you on our service and benefits, to provide you with information regarding our products and promotions, to support your use of our services only. You always have the right to choose whether or not to provide information about yourself to The Photographer Academy. If you choose not to provide such information, you may be restricted on what is accessible on the site and will not be informed of any upcoming events.

Members can abstain from receiving newsletter and updates by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email sent from The Photographer Academy. NB – this cannot be reversed once activated.

Credit cards and Online Payments
The Photographer Academy does not store any Credit/Debit card numbers. They are only used to process payments via Worldpay/Paypal and are not retained for any purpose. The information may be disclosed only to our staff and to third parties involved in the completion of any transaction or the delivery of orders placed.
