In this film, Sam guides you through the basics of colour correction, or Grading, within Premiere Pro. Correct, good looking colour is obviously a key part of the visuals for any video, so Sam demonstrates the range of tools you can use to tweak and match footage together to iron out any differences between clips and help bring a consistent look to the whole video. However, colour can also be used for creative effect, and Sam also shows you a few simple tools to help you bring a particular look or feel to your footage. Although as with any effects, less is often more, and over use can become distracting, so always think about what best serves the overall objective for the video.
